icandy freedom 180 bluetooth wont conect with windows 7

Hi i bought a Bluetooth dongle and icandy freedom 180 headset, but its not working with my windows 7. i goggled and found nothing. its connected with my PC and showing in sound management under playback as Bluetooth audio render er and Bluetooth hands-free audio, when is connected its highlighted there but no voice even though i can see green bars, than suddenly it disconnects it self, but when i check it under devices in Bluetooth its shows connected. can any one pls help
