ICS problem help

i have googled searched everywhere i can for weeks.

heres my problem i know how to use ICS (internet connection sharing) by default the share adress is 192.168.0.1, i understand and know i can change the wifi address to use a diffrent ip but i am using neighbours wifi with there permission. and he wont allow me to do this cause he is afraid it may hurt router which i explained it wont. what im asking is there a way to change the IP ICS uses to like 192.168.1.1 or possible a program that i can use instead of ics

trying to pipe the wifi my laptop gets to a xbox 360 through a crossover cable on ethernet port and do not have the funds to get a wifi adapter for xbox

thanks to anyone that has any ideas
