Hi guys,

I've came across a problem with my desktop today. For some reason, the mouse freezes and I can't do anything about it. Even if I press the 'window' icon on my keyboard, my desktop does not respond. All I can do is press the restart button.

However, once I restart the computer, the mouse will work fine temporarily and then after 5 mins, it freezes again. I never encountered this problem before and it really irritates me. How can I fix this problem???

As of now, I'm just using my laptop.
