Need help for Lan to Lan VPN

I have this two clients that owns a iCafe their iCafe's are not to far its like 100meters and they want me to make them connected in lan game (Warcraft 3 or DotA) but when i Created a VPN server then they play theres always lag spikes for the client but the host doesnt lag at all why is that?

here are their routers Dlink DI-604...and the host iCafe only have a speed of 2mbps
