Networking Issue Driving Me Nuts! Please Help!

Hi everyone,
I recently built a new HTPC to use as my main media hub for my home (running WMC 7). Unfortunately, when I try to stream media that is stored on the new computer to the other HTPCs in the house, the video and audio stutter.

My network is all CAT 5e hard wired.

As for testing - I can stream media TO the new computer with no stutter or issues at all. I can watch media stored ON the new computer with no stutter at all. I can watch media on the OTHER PCs that are stored on OTHER PCs with no stutter at all. So the ONLY time there is a stutter is when I am trying to watch media stored on the new PC on one of the other HTPCs. It doesn't matter what the format of the vidoe file is - WMV, MKV, TS, etc. all stutter.

Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated as it is driving me nuts, and the nagging from the GF to fix it is driving me more nuts! Thanks!

Motherboard - ASUS Crosshair IV Formula AM3 AMD 890FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
Processor - Phenom II X6 1100T ?Black Edition? HDE00ZFBGRBOX
Memory - (2) Corsair XMS3 8GB CMX8GX3M2A
Power Supply - Seasonic X-850
Windows 7 - OEM
