I just upgraded from Vista ultimate to Windows 7 Ultimate x64 today. upon loading my browser, i immediately tried to access 4chan, and this appeared in my browser window:

This domain is blocked.

Site blocked. www.4chan.org is not allowed on this network.

This site was categorized in: Adult Themes, Pornography, Forums/Message boards

I don't know what to do. it even blocks DeviantArt:

This domain is blocked.

Site blocked. www.deviantart.com is not allowed on this network.

This site was categorized in: Visual search engines, Nudity

I am on a private home network and I am the administrator. What do I do?

EDIT: i'm not so sure it's openDNS now. I can't figure out why i'm getting blocked... :/
