hi there just bought a netgear dgn2200 router and i was just wondering if u can set parental controls on other pc throuh the router only on the pc u what to be blocked many thanks

Parental controls on what? Routers can only block internet access obviously, any other functions on the PC have to be done using the PC itself.

how can i block some site on other pc's using my pc to do it.so the kids can't over ride it .can i do it though internet explorer don't really khow what ot do please help

You do presumably realise that you will have to block a huge number of websites, and it's easy to access inappropriate content just via google. What in particular are you trying to prevent them from getting at?

mostly porn and p2p file sharing.but can i do it though my pc so i can stop there pc's but does'nt block any sites on my pc.
