I tried to get rid of Bing toolbar for firefox. it is not in any program files or is listed in view, toolbars. I can't find it in add/remove programs in the control panel. can someone help me. thanks

have you tried going into view\toolbars\customize & restore default sets?

ive got the same problem.I installed the software that came with my printer and it put bing toolbar on.i disabled it but cant figure out how to uninstall it.

custom built gaming pc from early 2010,ps2 with 15 games all original,ps3 500gbs with 5 games all original,yamaha amp and 5.1channel surround sound speakers,46inch sony lcd smart tv.

download and install ccleaner, then go click tools and then uninstall. scroll down until you find the bing toolbar and then select uninstall, it should remove it from your computer.

ok i downloaded ccleaner and i went to tools and then bing bar and then uninstall.came up with error 2 system can not find the file specified.

I have cc cleaner and went to tools look for bing but it wasn't listed for me to uninstall. I don't know what to do next. thanks

do a system restore to before bing installed.

MS must have made changes to it since they released it(I removed it using ccleaner when it first came out). I googled it and found a youtube video showing how to remove it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-0NdzVovB4

In my case didn't work any of this. I blocked it in all ways, but Bing toolbar was back again and again, but this one link killed him for good.

Try downloading this and choose bing toolbar from list for future reference.

You will need to be logged on as administrator to run the program.
