Some help creating a maintenance batch file?

I'd like to create a batch file that:

-runs spybot search and destroy
-runs avira anti virus
-runs disc cleanup
-runs defrag
-the shutsdown the pc

Can I have some help with this? I'm using Vista. Also, if there are any files I can just download that are already programmed to this would be great (that are similar, it doesn't necessarily have to be programmed to use those specific programs but it would be nice).
