Very slow usb speed with 64 Bit windows

Usb transfer speed is very slow when huge file is being copied/moved from pc hard drive into external usb 2.0 hdd or usb2.0 flash stick.
Small files transfer speed is normal.

Problem is affecting only 64-bit os, Vista Ultimate sp2 x64 and Windows 7 RC x64.

Usb speed is normal on Windows vista 32 bit.

I've installed newest x64 nforce 560 chipset drivers from nvidia.
