Video Bit Rate Limitation

Hello All,

I am trying to encode a video to 525HHR with a video bit rate of 9Mbps. However with Super the max video bit rate i can set is 3600kbps. Kindly let me know if this is a limitation of the tool or am I doing something wrong?
