my uncles pc saying virtual memory is full what can be done to fix this problem

restart your pc... basically you dont have much hardware ram neither.. i would upgrade your Physical ram.
you make your Virtual Ram larger but it is highly not advised..

Find out how much ram your motherboard can take. ( use CPUZ FREE Program ) and upgrade the ram.
