I have a: Windows 7 32 Bit / Build 7600 (Not Genuine)- I used WAT Remover

I've been trying to upgrade to Windows 7 64 Bit, but when loaded of my USB Hard Drive it says: ("File not compatible with the version of Windows you're running.")

I clicked on my computer's (Performance's Information and Tools) right on there it states

(64-bit Capable: Yes)

Can anyone help me with this problem?
