windows 7 premium 64 bit...

I first noticed this problem after setting up the media server for my ps3 to access certain folders. I have no idea if it is directly related but after that is when i first noticed the problem.

My user rights seemed to have changed. I am the only user on the machine and have it setup so i dont have to log-in.
-When ever I download something the icon for it has a lock and asks me for user permission to open it.
-I cant un-rar a file into a different folder only can do it in the folder i am in.
-I can not rotate pictures in the picture folder, only if i have them in a folder on the desktop.
-I can not open itunes unless i right click and select run as administrator.
-When i try to delete a file it asks for admin permission which i can give.

These are the main differences i have noticed in my computer. I had none of these problems 2 weeks ago. I have tried to look into user rights but it seems like they are all marked full. Any help is greatly appreciated
