4Media PDF to Word Converter *Threat Alert*

Thought this program would be a useful tool for converting some of my mostly text based pdf's but Eset NOD32 wouldn't even let me complete the download. The big *THREAT ALERT* box popped up and stopped the download. I don't know what is in the setup program but I've come to trust my ESET more than taking a case on a utility that may or may not help me.

Anyone else getting threat alerts when they download or try to install this?
