Any good virus remover out there?

I contacted a rootkit virus. can someone help me remove this.I've manage to catch and deleted some, but the pc is still slow and has no internet connection.

reckon it was mainly bugs in their customised versions of the SE OS...

i would delete the following.

also download,update and run malwarebytes and delete anything it comes up with as a threat.download,update and run superantispyware as well and remove any threats it comes up with.lastly download and run backlight from fsecure.hope this helps.
