Ive just been reading another one of your posts about this "realtec" blue crab icon.

However my computer has been riddled with viruses, weve done a virus scan #got rid of "all of them"# but I checked Windows > C drive and there are about 7 different blue crab icons.

So I have a few problems:

- I lost sound on my computer a couple of months ago, it just disappeared.
- My computer re starts itself whenever it feels like it. Even this morning my
computer has re started itself 4 times. #Im using a different one for this#
*It isnt only when I use the internet, I will be in the middle of doing work
and it will re start.
*Sometimes it only gets as far as the welcome screen and re starts again
- It is incredibly slow
- It always pops up with "error loading ntsh.cto - the specified module could
not be found" when I get into windows.

An idea of how I got the problems:

- I was searching for lyrics to a few songs, accidentally clicked ON the advertisement
that popped up instead of clicking X. - ever since then Ive had problems, and this
was about a year and a half ago - two years.

Any help would be much appreciated! My dad is in I.T so hes done all the virus scans - but they didnt get rid of the problem...
