Can't update Anti-virus programs!

Hello,

This problem started some time ago, where I couldn't visit Avast or McAfee websites or install them. Norton still worked but now I can't update the virus definitions or visit the symantec website.

I ran HijackThis but I have no idea what to do so I'm not going to attempt anything further than getting the log.

Can anyone help, please?
