Fed Ex Virus Email on my Win 7 64bit PC

Hi the other Day Like a fool opened a fed ex email attachment. Without checking if it was genuine on Google. I use Fed ex regularly so let my guard down!!
So far PC is showing no signs of being infected, but that might not be the case.
I want to make sure it is not infected now.
I use Firefox as Browser and have installed Avast free anti virus, Zonealarm free Firewall, and Malwarebytes free Anti Malware.
Have run Malwarebytes on normal and safemode as well as Avast. Also done a system restore in safemode as well.
Can anybody give me some advice how to make sure my pc is not infected and this Trojan/virus is not lying dormant on my pc?

MBAM is a very good Trojan finder. If it found nothing and you have performed a system restore, you are most likely OK.
to be a bit more secure, post a Hijackthis Log and I'll give it a good going over to see if anything pops up....
