HELP!!! Virus/Spyware SCAM!!!

My mother in law was working on her computer and got the "scare tactic" that her laptop was infected with 37 trojans and worms etc..So she bought the program to rid herself of these problems. $100 bux later she still has no fix and its worse than before. I am sure many if not all already know of the ordeal as I was hit with it before. And of course being a newbie I bought it as well. (I got it for 50..good deal!) Well...many here helped me with the total clear and got rid of all the garbage. Can someone please help me again and send me the goodies to rid of this trash? Thanks room I appreciate it..
