how to remove conduit background container

recently a file got on my pc in c driver user- name- appdata -local-conduit-background container, and in it there are 2 files which are background container.dll and TBUupdaterlogic_1.0.0.2.dll
now i can't delete them because it wont let me it says cannot delete because the file is open in windows host process. because of this file in my pc everytime i shutdown my pc it tells me that another program is still running, can someone please give me a step by step guide to remove this file

Please post the logs so we can see if you need deeper cleaning.

looks like you have a lot of malware - run adwcleaner again and be sure to click Clean when the scan has finished. It all needs to be fixed.

You have so much malware that just deleting one WILL NOT do any good.....
If you will run as administrator and follow my instructions, I can help you clean your infected computer.. If you want to just try to clean the one you can see, then have at it but you will still be infected and most of your problems will return..

when you go to a doctor with a headache and he runs a MRI that shows you have a brain tumor, you don't say oh well, just give me something for the headache cause that's all I came in for.....
