Ive been looking for a good antivirus and other security program for w\WinXP SP3 that will not disturbed me whatever I am doing, pop-up the detection but not minimized my game.

Reason:
Im playing a certain game today that do not support back to windows "alt+tab or windowkey or ctrl+alt+del" thats why every time my pc detect an anomaly my game is ruined "game crashed"...

Is there a protection that do that...
