Have a Dell Laptop with Windows XP..pro

Wont boot up , getting a black screen with Lsass.exe -Application error 0xc0000005 >> Cick on OK to terminate the Application .

Laptop then just stays in a black screen.

Tried booting in last know good figuration , safe mode , booted from o/s disc supplied with laptop and ran chkdsk /r ..


Still the same .....
