Hi
Over the past couple of weeks most times I open My Computer or My documents the 'Windows has encountered an error and needs to close' pops up. It causes my PC to freeze and the only way out is to ctrl+alt+del and close the not responding programs. I've run adaware, spybot, malwarebytes and the avast scanner, all with not much success. I've read it could be a malware problem but I'm currently out of ideas. Can anyone help?
