I somehow have PAV on my computer and tried to uninstall it, but will not do so. Any ideas on how to get rid of this program? Already have Norton, and the PAV is blocking all web browsing. Help?

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware will remove it.

You will need to get on clean computer and D/L to USB stick.

Downloaded Malware bytes and it seems to have cleared the virus. The windows IE page doesn't redirect anymore. Thanks though!
