hello i have been having this problem when ever i start up my computer i get this error

rundll32.exe - Bad Image

The application or DLL C:\DOCUME~1\NETWORK~1\ntuser.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this aggainst your installation dikette

i found out that this is a malware so i download hijack this to see if i can remove it and ntohign happens. i tried entering in safemode and it just goes to a bluescreen.

Click the "Scan All Users" checkbox.
Click "Run Scan"
When the scan is done, 2 reports should appear, post both reports here.

EDIT: If the logs are too big, please upload a copy to http://pastebin.com/

Yes, that is correct :)

Please run HijackThis again and check off the following box(es)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [calc] rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\calc.dll,_IWMPEvents@0

Then click "Fix checked", its next to scan in the bottom left corner of HijackThis. When it prompts you, click "Yes".

Then download and install Malwarebytes
After you have installed, make sure Malwarebytes is up-to-date.

Updating can be done by going to the "Update" tab in Malwarebytes and clicking "Check for Updates".
After updating, go to the "Scanner" tab, tick "Full Scan" and click "Scan"

After the scan, click "Ok" and then "Show Results"
Make sure everything is selected, and click "Remove Selected"

Malwarebytes should have produced a log, post that along with another log of HijackThis aswell.

Your system looks clean, after a reboot does the error still occur? If there is any change in the error or new errors, please post them.

If there are no more issues, for good measure please download and run TFC
Open TFC
Click "Start"
ALL of your processes will be closed when you click start, as well as explorer which should reappear after TFC is finished.
