Morning everyone,

I am working on a relatives pc that has the dreded Thinkpoint virus.As i cannot get on the internet nor open taskbar manager to close this awful thing down.
Has anyone any ideas how to close the program down so i can get on the internet ,and get AVG ,malwarebytes programs to update etc.

Help appreciated as always.
