My wife clicked on a video to play and a then a pop-up of a virus was detected then Windows shutted down. Then she tried to reboot but Windows would not start. Then tried System Restore. Still Nothing not even Safe Mode. I found a forum saying if SR did not work to do something called temp hive and setted something at 0 then deleted the hive. Windows still would not work but would run in Safe Mode. Oh yeah before when safe mode would not work it would say missing or corrupted of some windows file. But now in safe mode nothing works and missing a bunch of digital pics in My Pictures folder. I was aware apps I installed would need to be reinstalled because of system Restore but was told the pics and files would still be there. I need those pics back. Here is my logfile:
