My mother in law was writing an email. She got the blue screen of death and the monitor read...not enough memory. (Third person recount) She then got the anti virus trojan pop up with all the "Scare Tactics" to encourage them to pay for the "protection" well she bought it. This one is called Personal Anti Virus. I did the same thing awhile back. I remember I needed help getting rid of all the stuff it downloaded onto my computer. I need help with this again.. Please advise...Thanks
