What kind of this Virus and how to clean the USB

I got an USB that infected virus that I never seen.
I scan it in Bitdefender, Karpersky or Format it (from MS DOS).
The virus is not deleted

It sounds to me like that old usb mounter/autorun virus. First thing to do is clean the usb.. in the folder options select "show hidden" and look for a file called "autorun" and a folder called "resykler" or similar.. delete them, empty the trash and unplug the usb .. then you need to do a full computer scan with avg or avast (free) and allow them to quarantine or delete anything suspicious they find. EVERY computer you have plugged this usb stick into will be infected.

How can you clean the USB, I formatted it from DOS

I must detail it
What is the virus name?
I don't know because no antivirus software can find them

What does it do?:
infected PC will hang or unable log in Window after restart

What have YOU tried?
I did format USB from MS DOS (not from Window).
After that I plug it into a Clean PC. I can see the the Clean PC is infected (PC will hang or unable log in Window after restart)

why do people think formatting something destroys data? .. it doesn't it just wipes the file table.. most malware is immune to that.
