csv contacts file won't fully import into Outlook 2010

I have created a csv file, exported from Windows Live Mail, ready for importing into Outlook 2010. I checked the file and all of the fields are they.

However, once the file has been imported, all fields show except for the email address field for each individual contact. This field is blank.

Any ideas?
