Ok Guys would greatly appreciate some feedback on this,

I recently tried to take a snapshot of a friends hard drive as he had some training software that is quite hard to acquire..so that worked fine used Snapshot app got the full image which was Vista Business onto my portable HD brought it home put the image onto 1st Sata Hitachi 1TB...didnt work out as it was not finding the image on the partition...

Then went onto trying it on an IDE drive with a sata adapter which I had spare which is working 100%...done the image once again and it is saying it cannot locate winload.exe which I have checked and it definately is there...so for argument sake I connected the IDE drive to an old pc I had lying about and walla...it worked ,but that pc is quite crappy and wont meet the operating system requirements... any Ideas would be greatly welcomed guys as I have spent quite awhile at it and it's really getting irritating(wiped 600gb of movies of one of my drives by accident in the process but luvkily got them back...as I say any help would be appreciated :-/

PS I am trying to dual boot with WIN7 on my main pc....
