Running Flash presentation on another PC

Hi,

I created a presentation using Flash CS5 on my home PC, and pulished it in html, when I run it, it's runs fine. But when I carried the file to my office PC in a USB drive, it doesn't run in the explorer here even when flash is supported.

Please help me regarding this as I have to do the presentation.
