Hi hope am in the right place to post this...
but can anybody please advise me on how I can get my computer to recognise my Galaxy G50
I purchase my mp3 player February this year and I have Windows 7 on my computer
I am using Samsung Kies I have downloaded there drives and yet It still does not work
I have tried to up date my software and all it says is that I have the up to date drives I have even gone out and purchased a PC tune up disc to see if that would help
but no joy.... can you help at all, it would be much appreciated Thanks
