Hey everyone! To start off: Happy New Years!

I had a couple of questions regarding some PC games I would like to try out. I was looking for some good "free roam" games--like GTA--but don't involve "war type" situations (i.e. cod, moh, etc.)--unless its medieval type (but fun :P). Those are really fun to spend time on. Also, my LAPTOP has 1GB RAM. I'm going to install the games on my 300GB portable hard drive. I would also like some other type of fun games to play that won't lag on my computer. Half Life 2 and CS Source lag on my laptop :(. Any good ideas? I will really appreciate your guys' help. :D

hmm...seems like your computer is kinda lacking the proper specs to run most games.

The BEST free-roam game I have every played is Mass Effect 2 - lol, but it'll kill your system and it's a "war type" situation

Runescape was fun when I was like 10, though gets repetitive pretty soon.

yeah but i mean i started playin runescape again last year to see how fun it is now? i got hooked! lol and i was 14! but i mean it's stupid and gets real old, especially if u can't do anything but level up! but wat about med. total war 2 and rome total war and stuff like that?
