i have the weirdest problem .. I used to play fifa manager 07 on my machine and it worked fine .. i recently reinstalled the game after some months away from it and now a message appears insisting the machine can no longer run the game. i now need hardware acceleration .. Im using the same machine with the same os, same in every detail, as i used to run it with no problem .. i cant understand why it should no longer work ..

can anyone explain why a game that used to run fine has stopped running because the machine it used to run fine on doesnt have graphics acceleration?

im guessing it's a directx issue .. I am using directx 10 now .. has something changed in directx non-hardware emulated accelerated support? .. maybe i should uninstall directx 10 and reinstall an earlier version ..

if anyone can throw some light on this, I'd be very grateful ..
