It is my understanding that standard copyright protection only lasts for 10 years -- if this is in error, please set me straight, as I do not want to run afoul of any established rules here.

Given that I *think* these games are well older than 10 years, that would suggest that it is legal to download full working versions (not demos) of these games without it being considered illegal piracy. Does anyone know where to find either of these great nostalgic games for either free download or for lawful purchase?
