ok i know if you use a guest pass for world of warcraft you still have to pay the 15$ a month, but do i still have to buy the game and all the expansions? i have the 3 installed but i don't have a serial because i forgot the password to my account and my email now does not work, so im screwed.

Yes.

You could try calling support and give as much information as you can. It's a long shot but it might work.
