Is there any way to add codebreaker codes through the PC and internet connection?

I know you can manually enter new game titles and new codes, but I don't want to sit around to add a ton of codes in that manner.

I popped my codebreaker 9.3 disk into my desktop computer to see if I can fiddle around the actual files, but I can't tell if the files are even editable with my knowledge.

Details:
- Using codebreaker 9.3 CD
- PS2 Slim SCPH-75001 (USA)
- Tried loading codebreaker files (.cbc) via usb stick, but codebreaker freezes because one or the other is imcompatible.
