Hi I sorta new to this forum but not quite. Because this forum has more then helpful with Nero Ultra 7 issues.

Alright my first question is I keep getting this error message"002" and "failed to establish a connection. Every time I try to access download cheats or download game saves online. Ok at first I thought it was my internet connection configured wrong and it was correct. Do remembering downloading a update though the Gameshark updates for a patch and my memory card crap out.

So after doing some hard reading on Gamesharks website telling me I need to download the patch. I did download the patch and unzipped it and installed it. What do I do now? Tried to put the thing I unzipped on a memory card and nothing happen. Is there something I am doing wrong? Do I need X-Port or whatever gameshark has for the PS2 to computer?

Also what about gamesaves would it be wise to backup my gamesaves from a memory card to WD 650GB External Hard Drive? Below is the support page to download the patch.
