ISO Editing - Making a Game Coop

I was looking into ISO/ROM Editing and came to find that some hacks exist to make Ocarina of Time Co-Op, and was wondering if it was at all possible through ISO Editing, Make Various PS2 Games Co-Op. If so how would one go about doing this? Some of the Games I wish to Make Co-Op are:

-Jak and Daxter Series
-Kingdom Hearts Series
-Ratchet and Clank Series
