Monster Rancher 4 monster generating problem

I've recently downloaded MR4 as i liked previous games of this serie pretty much. I have PS2 slim with modbo. I burned game on Phillips DVD-R (tried 2x and 4x writing speed). The game works properly BUT there is one problem. When i go to the shrine and I try to create monster from any CD/DVD it goes like that: It says to put a disc into disc tray, thats what i do, it checks disc, then it tells me to insert MR4 dis back, there comes my problem. It says that MR4 disc is not in the disc tray. I have no idea what should i do, i already tried to burn it 5 times (2 diffrent downloads) yet the same errors occurs, also I checked Google if anyone had this problem already but I couldnt find anything:( Can anyone help me?:>
