It's being sold, cause most of them are coming from China, and the laws there are a lot different from the US/Canada or UK.

I mean, don't you ever see the fake ipads, or ipods that look just like a real one, but they aren't?

fake one, has lower price and lower quality...
and genuine, not cheap and higher quality...
some times it's easy to distinguish.

Anybody who wants to buy a 3DS flashcard should consider Acekard2i,DSTwo and R4i gold 3DS.And some guys may like M3i zero,iSmart,fine,then no other cards ...
