yep! but the ace3ds plus launched before that date cannot work on latest system.
well, as the cheapest 3ds flashcard, i think this card good enough

Far as i knew, many store provided preflashed V6.3.0 flashcart, if you need,here is a store provided preflashed Ace3DS Plus so you dont need any updating yourself : http://www.modchipfactory.com/ace3ds-pl...s-lite-p-4.html
