Title says it all, I know that most flashcart resellers are China based, but where is the most reliable sites to buy a gateway3ds flashcart from in the US? BTW, my Nintendo 3DS XL system version is the newest 6.2.0-12U, where can I get a firmware 4.5 or below 3DS XL?
Now many stores have provided this card, you can buy it online, but this card can only work on V4.1-V4.5, so if your 3ds can support it, you can buy it.

If your 3ds is v6.2.0, I'm afraid you can not play 3ds games with gateway 3ds card, as red gateway 3ds flashcard works on (4.1 -> 4.5) only for now. While blue gateway 3ds flashcard enable you to play ds roms/games(it supports nintendo 3DS firmware upto Ver. 6.1.0-12. It is a R4i Flash card).
