i need a little help my daughter dropped her 3ds and now both the screens are black.
there is no error message their just black. i can get the system to power down by holding the power button but when i turn it back on it does the same thing. now i do know that if u have the error message u have to send it to nintendo to get it fixed but i repeat their is no error message the screens are just black.. i have taken the battery out in hopes to reset the system and that didnt work im currently draining the battery of its charge to see if that will reset it.. any suggestions would help pls dont want to waste money if i dont have to taking it to get it fixed pls message back
