DSI XL Flash card question.

Hello, i have a r4i 3ds rts flash card, i bought a DSI XL with 1.4e on it. If i remember correctly i updated the firmware on the flash card. Will it still work on 1.4e or do i need to update the console?

so is your r4i 3ds this one: r4i sdhc 3ds rts http://www.r4depot.com/9-r4i-sdhc-3ds-rts-for-nintendo-dsldsi3ds3ds-xl2ds.html As i know that it can support the latest DSI (now V1.4.5) version, then it surly work on the lower version. so no need to update the console. you just need to download the latest kernel of r4i-sdhc rts , it's v1.79b now.

what's the official site printed on your r4i cart? When we say r4i 3ds rts flashcard it usually means this wood r4i gold card http://www.r4flashcart.com/8-wood-r4i-g...d-ds-lite.html, and yeah, it is compatible with the latest dsi 1.45
