DSTT card not working!

My dad bought me a DSTT card about a year ago, its the R4 version.
It worked fine for ages then I put the Micro SD card back into the main card and tried to use it however it just came up with "MENU?" and a raged face.
I have scanned the SD Card; there are no viruses, I have downloaded new software however this still doesnt work!
PLEASE HELP! I've tried everything!.
If anyone can give me a link or anything? help help help!!!
