I recently purchased a new laptop and tried to load up my microSD card via the DSTT card. When windows recognises it it reads as...

'Microsoft Office Click-To-Run 2010 (Protected) (Q:)'

When I double clicked on this icon I was greeted with the message...

'Q:\ is not accessible. Access is denied'

I thought I'd simply format the whole card so when I right clicked to do so I was greeted with the message...

'You do not have sufficient rights to perform this operation'

Can somebody possibly give me any suggestions as to what is going on??? Many thanks in advance for your help! :-)
