As we know that the wood firmware has been updated to V1.6, and the r4i gold 3ds card uses the wood firmware, if you have bought this card, feel free to use this guide to update your r4i gold wood firmware to the latest version, so you can enjoy more features and games.

how to update your r4i gold 3ds card firmware to wood V1,61

make sure your r4i gold 3ds card is this on, http://www.dsflashcart.com/r4i-gold-3ds...-3ds-p-248.html so you can use the link below


at first, download the latest wood firmware V1.61 from here


then extract it and get all the contents of the wood kernel.


put all the contents into the root of your sd card, make sure put them on the root sd card.


the new wood firmware fixed some new games, so you can enjoy more games with the new wood firmware.

wood 1.61 can support more games, you can update your card to 1.61, now r4i gold 3ds is very popular, bought my r4i gold 3ds from http://www.modchipwarehouse.com/r4i-gol...s-lite-p-1.html ,it can work on 3ds v6.1.0-11, and the firmware is v1.61, no need to update.
